Thor Urbana and MRP, whose products are often rented well in advance, Mendez
added.
Danhos, in addition to Parque Puebla, develops Parque Las
Antenas, in Iztapalapa in Mexico City, whose differentiator will be a fair. The
shopping center will have an area of 86,500 m2.
Thor Urbana builds The Landmark in Guadalajara, a shopping
center that will be on the side of Andares and will have a profitable surface
area of 60,000 m2.
In the case of MRP, the firm behind the brand Patio, builds
a shopping center within the mixed project City Park, which will have 60,000 m2
of ABR and will be in León Guanajuato.
"In a long time we will not see an offer, for long
there was a lot of lag in offering quality, with amenities, parking and
different turns," Méndez added.
Of the country's five largest shopping centers, four are in
the metropolitan area of Mexico City and one in Querétaro.
